Cinesomatic Exploration

In this dynam­ic expe­ri­en­tial work­shop, you will spend 2 full days going through var­i­ous move­ments and exer­cis­es, explor­ing your uncon­scious mate­r­i­al through your body, and learn­ing a new way to move in your life. This is the core Cinesomatics work­shop, where par­tic­i­pants take it over and over again, going deep­er and fur­ther in their process.

Cinesomatic Discovery

In this intro­duc­to­ry class, you will learn what Cinesomatics is, how it works, the foun­da­tion­al prin­ci­ples and phi­los­o­phy, plus expe­ri­ence the move­ment-video-feel­ing-feed­back process your­self in a safe, inti­mate group setting.

Cinesomatic Lifemap

Rewrite your des­tiny and pierce through the veil of time itself. Get out of your head and pen­e­trate life­long pat­terns of lim­i­ta­tion to re-embody the arche­types that will man­i­fest your dreams. This 2‑weekend, 4‑day work­shop reveals the hid­den pat­terns of your life through an explo­ration of your Lifemap and how your future vision man­i­fests in your body.

Cinesomatic Relation

In this exclu­sive in-per­son part­ner work­shop, we reveal the way you relate to every­thing. How you lead, fol­low, give, receive. The way you relate in busi­ness or per­son­al rela­tion­ships. The truth of how you relate to the world and your­self is illu­mi­nat­ed. Great for any­one, espe­cial­ly fam­i­lies and couples.

Cinesomatic Slackline

In this 2‑day in-per­son work­shop, you will see how “walk­ing the line” reveals the truth about your life, and how it offers an oppor­tu­ni­ty to rewire your ner­vous sys­tem and col­lapse decades of destruc­tive myths. No ath­let­ic expe­ri­ence or skill is required; this is a 5‑minute, life-trans­form­ing tool unlike any­thing else!
